I’ve been suffering from them since I was 6 years old and have yet to find anything that really alleviates them.
I hate taking heavy meds and would much rather do something more natural.
I’ve tried feverfew but it didn’t work wonders like some people claim. :/
a teacher of mine in high school told me the same thing. She saw flashing lights right before she would get one and would automatically take an aleve and it would hit her for a short period and be gone.
Mine aren’t really like that, they come on unexpected and slowly turn into naseua. I had one a couple of days ago that caused the left side of my face and neck to go numb. I never had any of the vision or aura things that everyone always talks about though.
